U.S. Titan recalls about 117 X-Pro Eagle youth ATVs over speed-module crash hazard

U.S. Titan is recalling about 117 X-Pro Eagle youth all-terrain vehicles because the speed-adjusting module included with the vehicles allows speed to be adjusted above the maximum allowed for vehicles intended for children 6 years old and older, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said. The agency said the ATVs violate the mandatory ATV safety standard and pose a risk of serious injury or death from a crash. No injuries were reported.

The recall covers gas-powered 110cc X-Pro Eagle youth ATVs sold in black, blue, red, pink, spider black, spider blue, spider red, leaf pink and tree camo, according to the CPSC. "X-PRO" is printed on the side panel, and a plate on the left front side of the frame states that the ATV is subject to Titan Imports Inc.'s Action Plan approved by the CPSC.

The CPSC said the ATVs were sold online at Walmart.com, Powersportsmax.com, Xprousa.com, Amazon.com and eBay.com from July 2025 through September 2025 for between $680 and $980. Titan Imports Inc., doing business as U.S. Titan, of Ontario, California, is the importer, and Moshin LLC, doing business as X-Pro, of Carrollton, Texas, is listed as a retailer. The vehicles were made in China.

Consumers should stop using the speed-adjusting module included with the vehicle immediately and contact X-Pro for a $100 refund, the CPSC said. Consumers can continue using the vehicle without the module and will be asked to return the module using a prepaid shipping label.

X-Pro can be reached at (888) 842-6607 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT Monday through Friday, by email at recall@moshinllc.com, or online at www.moshinllc.com/eagle110atv_recall.html or www.moshinllc.com by clicking on "Recall" at the top of the page, according to the CPSC.
