Jiastfeng recalls HAUOMS eight-drawer dressers over tip-over and entrapment hazards

Jiastfeng, also known as Zhengzhoushi Rupiao Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. of China, is recalling HAUOMS eight-drawer dressers because they are unstable if not anchored to the wall, posing tip-over and entrapment hazards that can cause serious injury or death to children, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The agency said the dressers violate the mandatory safety standards required by the STURDY Act.

The recall covers about 1,392 wooden black dressers measuring about 27.6 inches wide, 15.8 inches long and 59.1 inches tall, weighing about 112.4 pounds. The packaging is printed with "SKU: AJ_DJ504298_1." The CPSC said the dressers were sold online at Amazon.com from May 2025 through September 2026 for about $150 and were made in China. No injuries have been reported.

The CPSC said consumers should stop using the recalled dressers immediately if they are not anchored to the wall, place them in an area children cannot access and contact Jiastfeng for a full refund. Consumers will be asked to write "RECALLED" in permanent marker on the top, front and sides of the dresser, remove all drawers and send photos of the marked and disassembled dresser to recall@hauoms.com, then dispose of the product.

Consumers can reach Jiastfeng by email at recall@hauoms.com. The recall number is 27068.
